What We DO:

What We DO NOT Do:

  • ❌ Provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice
  • ❌ Act as a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or fiduciary
  • ❌ Manage funds, trade on behalf of clients, or provide personalized investment recommendations

All services are informational and educational only.

2. No Financial Advisory Relationship

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Salomón Investments LLC is NOT a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or fiduciary.
  • No advisory, fiduciary, or client-advisor relationship is created by your use of our services.
  • Any strategies, opinions, or commentary shared are not tailored to your personal financial situation.
  • You are solely responsible for consulting with licensed professionals before making any financial or investment decisions.

3. Experience-Based Opinions Disclaimer

All strategies, insights, frameworks, and commentary shared by Salomón Investments LLC are:

  • Based on personal experience in sales, marketing, and market observation
  • Expressed as opinions, not facts or guarantees
  • Subject to change without notice based on evolving market conditions

Past performance, experiences, or examples do not guarantee future results.

4. Assumption of Risk (CRITICAL)

You fully understand and agree that:

  • Losses may exceed expectations and you may lose all invested capital
  • You assume 100% of the risk for any decisions made based on our content

Salomón Investments LLC will not be held liable for:

5. No Guarantees or Promises

Salomón Investments LLC makes NO guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

  • Profits, returns, or financial success
  • Performance of crypto assets or markets
  • Marketing campaign outcomes, leads, or revenue

All examples, projections, or case studies are illustrative only.

6. Client Responsibility

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Your financial decisions
  • Your investments and trades
  • Your use or interpretation of provided information

You agree not to rely exclusively on any information provided by Salomón Investments LLC when making financial or investment decisions.

7. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are due according to the selected service plan
  • Payments are non-refundable, including partial months
  • Accepted payment methods include ACH, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal
  • Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

8. Term, Renewal & Cancellation

  • Initial term: 30 days from payment or signing
  • Automatically renews unless canceled with 5 days’ written notice
  • No refunds for canceled or unused services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Salomón Investments LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of services or content
  • Financial or investment decisions
  • Market fluctuations
  • Marketing outcomes

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salomón Investments LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your decisions
  • Your investments
  • Your misuse or interpretation of provided information

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal or mobile data for third-party marketing.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
